Two of our Erfurt houses are let complete, each with one nightly price for the entire flat. The house near Löberstrasse holds ten people for €107.00 a night, which is €10.70 per person. It carries a minimum stay of 14 nights, the only such rule in our Erfurt portfolio. The house in Bischleben-Stedten holds 30 people for €321.00 a night, again €10.70 a head, with no minimum stay attached.

Where a whole flat does not suit the numbers, single, double and three-bed rooms remain bookable on their own, at €23.54, €34.24 and €41.73 per room and night.
One kitchen, one crew
Every apartment comes with a kitchen fitted with a hob, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine, along with pots, pans and crockery. An evening meal does not depend on the nearest takeaway when six people can cook at once. Food itself is not supplied, and shops for a weekly shop sit within reach of every house. The washing machine handles overalls at the end of a working week, and towels stay the guest's own item to pack.
A bathroom that belongs to the flat, not the corridor
Each apartment has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, reached from inside the flat rather than down a shared landing. Bed linen is already made up, and a desk sits in each bedroom for paperwork and laptops. Wifi covers the whole flat. There is no dishwasher and no air conditioning fitted, and breakfast is not part of the service.
Parking for the vans that follow the crew
Cars and lorries both have a place to stand overnight at the houses. A tipper or a seven-and-a-half-tonner following the crew is not an afterthought once rooms are booked. Say in the enquiry how many vehicles are coming, and we match the flat to a house where they fit.
Where the flats stand
The eight Erfurt locations sit across three districts: the old town, Marbach in the north, and Bischleben-Stedten in the south. The main house at Schmidtstedter Strasse 30A lies 250 metres from Erfurt main station, close enough to skip a car entirely for anyone arriving by rail. Vans heading to the Erfurter Kreuz industrial estate face an 18.6 km drive, about 24 minutes in free-flowing traffic.
