Three numbers decide most enquiries: what a room costs per night, what the final total looks like, and whether a deposit is due. The table below answers the first, four worked examples answer the second, and the third has one word: none. The €719.04 in the introduction above is three double rooms at €34.24 over seven nights.
The standard rate by room type
Six of the nine Erfurt houses share one rate card. Billing runs per room and night, not per person, so the right-hand column only shows what that becomes once the room is completely full.

German VAT at the statutory rate sits inside every figure above, as at 09/2026. A double room has two separate single beds rather than a shared double bed, and the three-bed room is fitted for three people. An extra bed can be added where a group does not divide evenly.

Not every property follows the standard card. Where a listing states its own terms, those apply, and only to that one house.

The 14-night minimum at the house near Löberstrasse is the only minimum stay across our Erfurt houses. Every other property has none, and even three nights is possible where a room happens to be free.

What sits outside the nightly rate
No deposit is charged at any house, and cancellation is free of charge up to the day of arrival. That means a project delayed by a week costs nothing extra. A final cleaning charge is not quoted here, because none of the Erfurt listings states one; whether it applies to a particular stay is confirmed with the written offer, never afterwards. Stays beyond three months can be quoted a monthly rate on request, though no fixed figure is published for it.
What the price already covers
Wifi, a kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge and microwave, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower belong to every room booked at the standard rate. Bed linen is made up before arrival, and a desk sits in the room. Towels are not included and remain something every guest brings.
